We can’t think of a better way to enjoy the last days of summer and simultaneously usher in the early days of fall than with a refreshing vanilla honey cider float! These floats just use a few staple ingredients to create a rich no-churn homemade vanilla honey ice cream. After it’s frozen solid, scoop it into your glasses and pour some of our bubbly Royal Cider over the top. Since it is so refreshing and simple to make, the hardest part of this recipe…will be sharing it!

Vanilla Honey Cider Floats
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup Royal Honey
1 TBSP vanilla bean paste
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 bottle Royal Cider
Instructions:
- Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form
- In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients (except for cider)
- Add a large spoonful of beaten heavy cream into the honey mixture
- Gently fold remaining whipped cream into honey mixture, until it is throughly combined and there are no streaks
- Pour into a loaf pan
- Press one layer of plastic wrap down against the ice cream mixture (this prevents ice crystals from forming); add a second layer of plastic wrap to cover the whole loaf pan
- Freeze overnight
- Remove from freezer and scoop desired amount of ice cream into a glass
- Pour desired amount of Royal Cider over the ice cream
We know you will love this sweet treat and hope it makes for a delicious beginning of the coziest season of all!
