Shipping policy

• Due to the speedy nature of our fulfillment center, once your order is placed we cannot change your shipping address, information, or delay/postpone your order. For any questions regarding your shipping information, contact Customer Service at info@royalfamilyfarming.com .
• Expedited shipping is only offered on perishable goods at this time unless noted in a special promotion.
• Please note that once your order has left our fulfillment center and is in the hands of the postal courier Royal Family Farming cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur during shipping including delays and damaged items.
• All Royal Ranch beef orders will ship the Tuesday after the order is placed. Please expect delivery accordingly.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

• Orders placed after 10am Pacific Time should be processed the following business day (Monday – Friday).
• Weekend delivery is not available.
• Wholesale accounts are not eligible for free shipping.
• Expected delivery times based on shipping option:
  – Ground Shipping: 5 – 10 business days
  – Expedited: 3 – 5 business days
  – Express: 2 – 3 business days
